Get into position...

Greetings!

I spent today with my soul brother. That's what we have called one another since we first met. You know those relationships that you know will last a lifetime. He is my lifetime friend. He has a small church across town, and he loves loves loves the Lord. There is such a spirit of freedom in that place. They have a small choir, but they are so anointed, that you would think it was 30 members strong. It is as if God multiplies their voices, and it is awesome. They don't hold anything back. They put it all out there for the Lord. He uses them because they are willing, they are teachable, and they love the Lord.

In his sermon today, my friend spoke about having a willing spirit. It is not enough to talk about doing something...we have to be willing to actually do it. I know that God is speaking that to me in this season. It seems like I have heard that same message at least three different times in three different ways. I know that now is the time to trust God like never before. He is looking for dedicated, sold-out, believers...and I want to be in that number. I want God to know that He can trust me to listen when He speaks. This is a crucial time for the people of God. 

We are in a war, and the enemy has moved into position. We need to get into position too...and the first place we need to start is...on our knees. This is not a physical fight...it is a spiritual fight. And in this fight, fists, guns, or knives are not going to do it. In this fight, we are going to need our sword...the word of God. 

Get ready. We are about to go deeper.
