Greetings!

I am so in awe of God again today....

I know...I probably say that a lot, but He just continually blows my mind. I think I have mentioned before that we minister in a couple of different nursing homes and rehab facilities. Well, today I was so extremely blessed. We were at the nursing home this morning when God really showed up. He changed that place into a birthing room. It was awesome.  We always think that we are there to encourage and motivate the residents, but they always end up ministering to me!

When we got there today, there were a couple of women just praising and worshiping the Lord. They had their hands upraised and they were singing to the songs that one of the nurses had playing on her phone. It was amazing. We tend to forget that these were probably people who were active in ministry before they became residents. They were ushering in the spirit of the Lord and I could feel His presence. They had forgotten all about being in a nursing home...they were in the sanctuary.

I love when the word falls on fertile ground. They were ready to hear the word and they made sure we knew it! When the word was brought forth, you could tell they were receiving what was being said. God speaks to us in many ways, and today He spoke to me through the hearts of His people.

I am looking forward to what He has in store for me next.
