Fill Me Up!

Greetings!

I don't have a lot to say today. I just wanted to share with you what God is sharing with me. God needs us in this day, at this time, for this cause...to lift up the name of JESUS. God is looking for a remnant. A people who are sold out to Him. A people who want to do it differently. A people who are not afraid to ask Him to, "Fill me up, Lord."

Today, many churches are celebrating Pentecost. This is how the Book of Acts describes Pentecost, "And when the days of Pentecost were drawing to a close, they were all together in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a violent wind coming, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them parted tongues as of fire, which settled upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in foreign tongues, even as the Holy Spirit prompted them to speak (vv. 2:1-4)."

You can read the whole story in Acts 2. It is an amazing story that tells the depth of the love God has for us. Not only did He send His Son to die a death He didn't deserve. He also sent us a Comforter who would continue to be there to help lead and guide us. What an awesome gift. I pray for the infilling of God over all of His children. I pray that we lose our inhibitions in Him and that we come to Him thirsty for a new revelation of Him. The time for playing church is over. There are people who are lost in this world and don't even know it. And we...the people of God, are being called to help spread the word that Jesus still saves.

Don't be afraid to share Him with those who don't have a relationship with Him. God will give you what you need when you need it.

Until next time...

Be blessed
